Clearing out a home can feel overwhelming, especially when it holds decades of memories. Whether it is helping a loved one transition to independent living or preparing a family home for sale, this is a process that deserves care, patience and a clear plan.
Every client and every home is different. That is why I bring a tailored process to each project. Some clients want to be involved in every step. Others hand over the keys and trust me to handle the details. Both approaches are completely welcome.
From the beginning, I work closely with you to understand your goals and the home’s history. My role is to guide you through decisions about what to keep, donate, sell or let go, always with the next step in mind.

If a home contains many items with value, an onsite auction can be a practical solution. Auctions are often overlooked, but they can help offset the costs of clearing the home. They also provide a respectful way for items to find new homes.
After the auction, I handle the rest; donating usable items, managing recycling, and ensuring the space is cleared with care. The ultimate goal is always the same: to prepare the home for its next owner.
Many of the people I help are older adults transitioning to independent living. These moves can feel emotional and uncertain. I offer a respectful, step-by-step approach that allows clients and families to take their time while still keeping things moving forward.
We focus on what is truly needed for the next home, and make thoughtful choices about what to do with everything else. With the right support, the process becomes manageable—and even empowering.
Whether you are downsizing, helping a parent move, or settling an estate, you do not have to face it alone. With a trusted process and someone in your corner, you can move forward with peace of mind, knowing the home is in good hands.
