Location of Whitby

Whitby is located about 40 minutes east of Toronto, stretching from the north shores of Lake Ontario, north to the Township of Scugog nestled between Ajax and Oshawa. The population sits at approximately 138,000 from the 2021 census, expecting to grow to 193,000 by 2031.  Whitby is truly a family friendly community with 80% of its residents being under the age of 60.
